  • No risk of lost or damaged packages
  • Access your purchase from anywhere in the world

How You’ll Receive Your Purchase

After completing your payment, you’ll receive your digital files through the following methods:

  1. Instant download on the confirmation page As soon as your payment is processed, a download link will appear on the order confirmation page. Click it to download your files immediately.
  2. Email delivery A confirmation email with your download link(s) will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This email typically arrives within 1–2 minutes of purchase.
  3. Your account dashboard If you created an account during checkout, you can access all your purchased files anytime by logging into your account on our website.

Delivery Timeline

If you don’t see the download link on the confirmation page or haven’t received your email within 15 minutes of purchase, try the following:

International Customers

Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded or the download link has been accessed. We are unable to offer refunds on digital products that have already been delivered.

However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you experience any of the following, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help:

  • You received a corrupted or damaged file
  • You were charged multiple times for the same product
