• No risk of lost or damaged packages
• Access your purchase from anywhere in the world

How You’ll Receive Your Purchase

After completing your payment, you’ll receive your digital files through the following methods:

1. Instant download on the confirmation page As soon as your payment is processed, a download link will appear on the order confirmation page. Click it to download your files immediately.
2. Email delivery A confirmation email with your download link(s) will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This email typically arrives within 1–2 minutes of purchase.
3. Your account dashboard If you created an account during checkout, you can access all your purchased files anytime by logging into your account on our website.

Delivery Timeline

All digital products are delivered instantly — within seconds of successful payment. There is no processing time or waiting period. Once your payment is confirmed, your files are ready to download and use right away.

• Check your spam or junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes land there
• Search your inbox for an email from iSmart Parenting Hub or our payment processor
• Check the email address you entered at checkout — a typo may have caused the issue
• Try a different browser — sometimes pop-up blockers prevent the download page from loading
• Contact us — if none of the above works, email us and we’ll send your files manually within 24 hours

International Customers

Since our products are digital downloads, they are available to customers worldwide — no customs duties, no import taxes, and no international shipping fees. All you need is an internet connection to download your files.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded or the download link has been accessed. We are unable to offer refunds on digital products that have already been delivered.

However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you experience any of the following, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help:

• You received a corrupted or damaged file
• You were charged multiple times for the same product
• You accidentally purchased the wrong item

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will respond within 48 hours. Our goal is to make sure every customer has a great experience.
