Digital Products — No Physical Returns
Since all products sold on iSmart Parenting Hub are digital files (printable activity bundles, checklists, and parenting resources), they cannot be physically returned. Once a digital file is downloaded, it cannot be “un-delivered” — which is why we generally consider all sales final after download.
When Are Refunds Available?
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. We are happy to review refund requests in the following situations:
- Corrupted or damaged file — You received a file that won’t open or is unreadable
- Duplicate charge — You were accidentally charged more than once for the same product
- Product doesn’t match description — The product you received is significantly different from what was described on our website
- Wrong product purchased — You accidentally bought the wrong item and haven’t downloaded the correct one yet
- Technical issue preventing download — You paid but never received or were unable to access your files, and our team could not resolve the issue
When Are Refunds Not Available?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind — You simply changed your mind after downloading the product
- Failure to read product description — The product details, including what’s included, were clearly listed on the product page before purchase
- Printer or device compatibility — Issues with your printer, device, or software are outside our control
- Dissatisfaction with personal taste — Design preferences are subjective and do not qualify for a refund
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at ismartparentinghub@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
- Include your order details — your name, email used at checkout, product name, and date of purchase
- Describe the issue — briefly explain why you’re requesting a refund (corrupted file, duplicate charge, etc.)
- Attach a screenshot (if applicable) — this helps us understand and resolve the issue faster
Refund Processing Timeline
⏱️ What to expect after submitting a request
Response time: We will review your request and respond within 48 hours (business days).
Refund processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
Since our products are digital, we do not offer traditional exchanges. However, if you purchased the wrong product and haven’t downloaded it yet, contact us and we’ll do our best to help you switch to the correct item.

Many problems — like missing download emails, file formatting questions, or printing tips — can be resolved quickly without needing a refund. We want to make sure you get full value from your purchase.
